Kelly (732) 323-7437 and fax (732) 323-4069 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement for the following hardware for the E-2C aircraft: (NOTE: Using Rolls-Royce Allison part numbers): Maintenance Diagnostics Terminal (HMT) (P/N 23032969), quantity 10 each; Cable for HMT (P/N 23032970), quantity 10 each. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this hardware under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Rolls-Royce Allison, 2001 South Tibbs Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46241 is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to manufacture the hardware in the required time period. Firms that recognize and provide this hardware are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
