The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requires the services of a qualified contractor to electronically administer and score multiple-choice exams. OCC will provide the computer diskette, CD-ROM, or similar vehicle of test questions and grading schematic, which the vendor will load onto its access-protected computer mainframe. The vendor must have computer-experienced and qualified testing administrators and independent testing proctors at each of the test sites. These services are to be provided in testing centers located within a 50-mile radius of each of OCC_s 75 field offices in the continental U.S. The tests will be conducted a minimum of three times a year. HOW TO ACQUIRE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. The OCC anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about November 18, 1999. The solicitation document will contain the details of OCC_s requirements, the instructions for submitting a quotation (proposal), and how the quotations will be evaluated.
