Subject Acquisition is sole source to TRW, Inc. and is the only source known to the Government to have the technical capability to manufacture and produce the required items. These antennas will be fabricated by TRW and delivered to the Government at New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA. The awarded contract will have a 100% option. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
