This solicitation is for commercial items and was prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F05611-99-T1658 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
