WASHINGTON, Contracting Officer (501) 257-1027 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. This acquisition is unrestricted. Small business and small disadvantage businesses are highly encouraged to participate. Description of requirement: The contractor will furnish and install air-cooled water chillers in accordance with contract specifications. To include the following: Air Cooled Series 9(TM) Chiller 130-400, 140 Nominal Tons 200-230 volt/60 Hertz/3 Phase- Dual Voltage Y Delta Closed Transition Starter Standard Chilled Water operation from 40 deg F to 65 deg F. Ambient operation to 15 deg F as standard Aluminum Fins UL/CUL Listing Deluxe with Communication -- generic BAS or bi-directional interface to Tracer Factory Installed Architectural Louvered Panels Neoprene Isolators Control Power Transformer Power Disconnect Vapor Proof Flow Switch- 150 psi .
