These services shall include, but not limited to, audits of recreation concessions for compliance with Forest Service fee systems and administrative requirements of the permit; audits of outfitters and guide and concession campground permittees; and financial analysis of various firms' financial ability to execute government contracts or permits, including timber sales and special use permits, as required under each work order. The deliverables would include audit reports that include a description of audit scope and objectives, findings, and recommendations for corrective actions. The Contractor shall conduct an exit conference with the permittee and Forest Service representatives to discuss the findings and recommendations included in the Audit Report.
