The hotel is to provide theater style seating for 250 people, tables for FDA staff, the use of a boardroom set up and the following A/V equipment: 35 mm slide projector, wireless remote, safe lock stand, tripod screen, projector zoom lens, overhead projector, projector stand, 6 x 8' front screen, dress kit for screen, tabletop microphone, 24 channel box, laser pointer, press box, wireless remote, podium with microphone, flipchart, speaker timer, an A/V technician and set up. The hotel is to also provide up to 35 overnight (king) rooms for three (3) nights. Please quote on single and double occupancy rates.
