This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Request for Quotes (RFQ) 00SQ100030. The RFQ will be issued on or about November 12, 1999. Estimated price range of the work is $25,000 to $100,000. The features of the work involves furnishing and driving piles and sheet piling and also may include galvanizing. Whether or not the Contractor will galvanize piling and sheet piling will depend on funding availability. The amount of piling required is four 40.33 foot long HP 14x89's plus four 35.83 foot long HP 14x89's (pile tips are included in the lengths). The total length of SPZ 22 (or equal) sheet p iling required is 1518'. The total length of sheet pile corners required is 120'. The work is located in Yakima County, approximately 19 miles southwest of Toppenish, Washington. Interested parties may submit written, faxed, or e-mail requests to receive a copy of the RFQ.
