The contractor/biologist shall implement existing mitigation plan by seeding the area with apprpriate plant material. In addition, the contractor/biologist shall write a five-year monitoring plan, conduct study, monitoring, and maintenance of the mitigation site in accordance with the established and approved monitoring plan.
