Deliveries will be scheduled as needed; each delivery within five days of call for delivery. Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS) and Certificate of Analysis (CofA) must accompany each delivery. Past consumption has varied between three and six deliveries per year, depending on weather conditions. We contemplate a requirements contract for FY00 against which individual delivery orders will be issued. Anticipated award of the requirements contract is 1 Dec 99. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Invitation to Bid (IFB) DAHA1700B2000; the solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This is a 100% small business set aside; see numbered Note 1. SIC Code is 2899, small business size standard is 500 employees.
