attention is invited to submit a bid/proposal to provide 40 computer
workstations for NATO's Supreme Allied Commander, Atlantic. 2. The
following standard configuration for these systems should not be
altered in any way without contacting and receiving approval of the

Schedule: All systems (40) should be delivered in one shipment, to
arrive prior to 30 December 1999. 4. BID SUBMISSION: A. Submit bids in
triplicate enclosed in double seal envelopes, clearly labelled and
delivered to the following address by 15 November 1999 at 2 O'clock PM
(Eastern Standard Time): NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION, SUPREME

PROPOSAL 7857 BLANDY ROAD, SUITE 100 NORFOLK, VA. 23551-2490 OUTSIDE
ENVELOPE MUST BE MARKED WITH "DO NOT OPEN IN MAIL ROOM" B. The
contractor shall ensure the following minimum information is provided:
a. Estimated Delivery Date. b. Total cost of 40 workstations to
include maintenance agreement. c. List of subcontractors if any. A
contracts award board will convene during the week of 15 November 1999
to award contract. Contract will be awarded according to the following
criteria listed in order of importance: 1. Best Value/Low Cost, 2.Past

Contractor shall have a National Clearance of Secret. The personnel
assigned for maintenance support on-site should be cleared for access
to at least National Secret Level. Contractor's request for site access
shall be submitted to SACLANT HQ (Above Address), Attn Security Office.
7. Furnish Materials: Contractor maintenance personnel shall obtain all
materials, parts or equipment as required to complete the required
maintenance or repairs. 8. SACLANT/NATO Furnish Materials: NONE 9.
Other Conditions/Requirements: Contractor cannot receive any hard drive
back for testing due to security restrictions once system is connected
to SACLANT's MIS network. 10. Warranty: Contractor shall provide a
full three year warranty on parts and services, to be perfromed on-site
when determined by ASSC or received part as needed with 24 hour notice.
