The available space for the horizontal afterburner is 32 feet long by 6 feet wide. The afterburner shall become part of the Air Pollution Control System for the APE 1236 Furnace System and is necessary for the furnace to comply with the Resource Conservation Recovery Act emission standards for the incineration of hazardous waste items being burned in the furnace.
