CONCESSIONAIRE FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE FOR OPEN HOUSE/AIR SHOW, DUE: 17 Dec 99, POC: Selena Sawyer, Tel: 210/652-4260. Proposals are being accepted for 12th Services, Randolph AFB, TX, Open House and Air Show to be held for two (2) days, 27 & 28 May 2000. Concessionaire will be sole provider of food, beverage and souvenir services for the entire event from 1000 to 1900 hours to accommodate approximately 150,000 to 200,000 spectators. Concessionaire will adhere to the state requirements used for subsistence to prevent spoilage, contamination, etc. Only top quality food products will be accepted. Concessionaire will be responsible for providing self-contained concession stands and canopies. Concessionaire will also be responsible for providing a food and beverage tent for the Sponsorship personnel and their guests. Concessionaire must be able to assemble and setup all concession stands with canopies and the "SPONSORSHIP" refreshment tent in designated areas the evening before and be fully operational by the morning of the event. Concessionaire will submit a detailed proposed food and beverage menu with prices, and a list of souvenirs, sundries, etc with prices. Concessionaire will be fully responsible for providing Staffing Personnel, ordering and controlling all inventories and cash handling. Promotional support, i.e., media, national/local corporate support from food and beverage companies only are allowed within standard Air Force and Department of Defense guidelines. Concessionaire should bid FLAT FEE PROPOSALS for food and beverage, and souvenir operation. CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP SUPPORT SHOULD BE BIDED AS A SEPARATE LINE ITEM.
