The Navy is issuing a solicitation for award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to replace deck coverings in, predominantly, wet spaces (cosmetic polymeric, mastic, quarry and ceramic tile)onboard Navy and Military vessels. 2.
