The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to enter into a purchase order on a sole-source basis with Integrated Security Management Systems, Inc (ISMSi) for annual software maintenance on ISMSi's proprietary Document and Personnel Package for 32 users inclusive of Progress Query/Report for 32 users and Progress 4GL/RDBMS, single user, 1 Lot. The annual support through 30 September 2000 includes the following: unlimited telephone support, Monday through Friday, exclusive of Federal holidays, from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time; software updates as released; updates shall be Y2K compliant; software updates shall be shipped FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: Receiving Officer/Bldg. 125, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. The ISMSi software is currently licensed for use on a DEC Alpha computer using a VMS operating system. Quoters must be able to provide the ISMSi software support. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shallbe considered. However, quoters other than ISMSi shall provide evidence that they are authorized to provide the proprietary software support. This evidence shall be provided to NSWCDD no later than 3:00 PM Eastern time on 9 November 1999. The closing date for receipt of quotes is 3:00 PM Eastern time on 10 November 1999.
