The intent of this project is to renovate the existing maintenance and administrative building at the Florence National Cemetery. Work will include both interior and exterior repairs and alterations including architectural, mechanical and electrical systems. The design shall ensure compliance with all VA National Cemetery standards and all other applicable codes and criteria. Cost range is $25,000 -- $100,000. Architect/Engineer will be required to provide evidence of professional liability insurance of $1,000,000.
