A minimum of two contracts for multi-disciplinary architectural-engineering services on an indefinite delivery, on-call basis at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: (1) Alteration and repair of grounds, roads, buildings and structures; (2) Alteration and repair of utilities; (3) Alteration and repair of various types of mechanical systems to include HVAC and associated controls, fire protection, steam plants, steam distribution and piping, waste treatment, and other mechanical systems; (4) Alteration and repair of various types of lighting and power distribution systems; (5) Feasibility, traffic and other studies. The contract will have a one-year basic performance period with an option to extend for two additional years. A maximum monetary limit of $750,000.00 per year exists on the total design fees paid with a minimum of $5,000.00 per year. No single task assignment will exceed $299,000.00. Firms being considered are restricted to Region 5. Region 5 is defined as Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Colorado. One contract will be awarded to an 8(a), (Small Disadvantaged) design firm. All designs produced for submission must be reviewed and stamped by an Architect or Engineer licensed in the state of Utah. Firms submitting for consideration must be capable of providing digitized drawings in DXF, DGN or DWG format and electronic documents on 3 1/2 inch disks and compact disks. Firms must also be capable of providing information/data in MS Word or Excel.
