D -- SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYSIS The General Services Administration intends to issue a sole source contract to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation 9T9G922A. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throught Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirments. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The objective of this task is to provide management, technical and analytic support in the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of T&E for the Personnel Recovery Mission Software (PRMS) Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD). The PRMS ACTD will design, develop, and demonstrate a software application that provides automated information management to the Personnel Recovery (PR) mission area. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All responses received by 3:00 p.m., PST, 11/10/99 will be considered by the government.
