Reclamation is seeking quotations for a two year contract for sewage pumping and disposal and cleaning services of approximately 44 government-owned portable chemical toilets and 10 stationary vault toilets. There are currently 9 portable toilets located at Stony Gorge Reservoir and 35 portable toilets located at East Park Reservoir. The portable toilets have 70-gallon holding tanks. There are currently 5 stationary vault toilets at East Park Reservoir each with 2 stalls measuring 6-foot x 5-foot 8-inches per stall and having a holding tank capacity of 1,000 gallons per stall. There are currently 5 stationary vault toilets at Stony Gorge Reservoir 4 with 2 stalls measuring 6-foot x 5-foot 8-inches per stall and having a holding tank capacity of 1,000 gallons per stall; and 1 with 4 stalls measuring 4-foot x 5-foot per stall and having a holding tanks capacity of 1,000 gallons per the entire vault. Location: Stony Gorge Reservoir is off of Highway 162, approximately 22 miles west of Willows, California,Glenn County. East Park Reservoir is off of Sites-Lodoga Road, approximately 25 miles west of Maxwell, California, Colusa County. During the period from approximately April 1 through September 30 the service shall be weekly on Fridays. Other times during the contract period, services shall be on a as needed basis. Traditionally, there are approximately 4 unscheduled services per holiday at each reservoir during the Memorial, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends. These services will require servicing of all toilets and vaults on site during this period. Additionally, there are approximately 6 unscheduled services other times throughout the year. The contractor shall only invoice for units serviced. The quantities referenced are estimates based on traditional quantities during a normal year and shall not be recognized as guaranteed amounts.
