Concerns having the ability to provide CCC services for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment for CCC services. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the geographically defined area of South Los Angeles, California area. The geographic boundaries are deifined as follows: Northern Border: Manchester Avenue and Firestone Boulevard; Eastern Border: Interstate 605 and Seal Beach Boulevard; Southern and Western Borders: Pacific Ocean. Contract Base Period is for two years with three one-year options to renew. Estimated number of inmate days for the Base Period is 43,800. Estimated number of inmate days for Option Year One, Two and Three is 21,900, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date December 13, 1999. Estimated RFP closing date February 11, 2000.
