Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision
required to perform testing of and repair services to weight handling
equipment in the geographical location of the United States Coast Guard
Ninth District. Service will be performed at 35 different locations in
Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana
and New York. Task orders will be issued for jobs at specified
locations. It is the Government's intent to issue a Requirements type
contract that will be awarded for a two-year period with the
Contracting Officer's option to award two additional two-year option
