This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F09650-00-Q-0203. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The SIC Code is 8711 and the small business size code is $20M. The solicitation is for one year and one annual option. The solicitation contains CLIN 0001 for manpower support of one individual (Electronic Engineer/GS-855) required to support the Tunner (60K) Loader System Program Office. CLIN 0002 is for data. These CLINs apply to the option year. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The period of performance will begin 01 Dec 99 through 30 Sep 00 for the basic year and the option year will begin 01 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01. This requirement requires the services of one individual equivalent to a GS-855-13, Electronics Engineer, to support the Tunner (60K) Loader System Program Office. Evaluation of offerors will be made on a best value basis. Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance are experience, past performance, price, education and general considerations.
