Trade Administration/SABIT Program promotes cooperation between U.S.
and Russian government agencies and private sector organizations for
the market-based development of the rule of law for business in Russia.
To achieve this purpose, SABIT has a requirement for one individual or
organization to serve as the contractor to provide a comprehensive
training program, in the area of business conduct and standards,
professional ethics and compliance, transparency, good governance and
anti-corruption, to four (4)individuals (Trainees), one from each
region of Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Central Asia. The
contractor shall be responsible for the following: 1. Develop a
training curriculum; 2. Conduct, with each Trainee, a one day
seminar/workshop for visiting SABIT interns; 3. Produce a handbook
which will allow the Government and Trainees to perform future training
sessions; 4. Provide interaction with ethics officer at several U.S.
companies. Period of Performance will be for approximately three months
from Date of Award. Applicants must meet the following Qualification
Requirements: 1) Professional experience providing services as
described in the Statement of Work; 2) Experience and/or knowledge of
working in Russia and with Russian business people; 3) Professional
experience and/or understanding of Russia's business environment; 4)
Knowledge of Russian past and present business management and business
practices; 5) Demonstrated ability to train individuals whose native
language is not English; 6) Positive references from 1-3 former clients
for same or equivalent professional services rendered. Qualified
