X -- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR ANTENNA SITE/ROOFTOP SPACE LEASE POC Ronelda Brister, Contracting Officer, (504) 589-5945 Sources are being sought from Communication Companies to lease our Rooftop Space for Antenna Sites at the VA Medical Center, Building #1, 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. There is approximately 36,000 square feet of rooftop and support space available to house a radio equipment cabinet and antennas. The leased premises are to be used solely for the installation, operation, maintenance and removal of radio antennas and communications equipment in conjunction with Lessee's primary business. One year leases at the fair market value are being considered, including renewal option years. All interested firms must submit a letter of interest. Responses must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.
