CL Graham Overlook project is reconstruction of 2 adjacent parking areas on Kancamagus Scenic ByWay. It includes an accessible pavilion, concrete sidewalks, stone call, granite curbing, and landscaping. Excess material from this site will be used in construction of Pemigewasset Overlook and obliteration of existing Pemi Overlook Parking Area. The Pemigewasset project is new construction, but contains the same elements as CL Graham, plus a double unit vault toilet. Both resemble the newly reconstructed Sugar Hill Site approximately 4 miles east of height of land. Projects are located on White Mountain National Forest, Grafton County, NH.
