Q -- CBOC RADIOLOGY SERVICES SOL RFQ 618-184-99 DUE 120299 POC Carol Murphy 612-725-2190 The Minneapolis VAMC intends to negotiate a contract for Radiology Services with Healtheast St John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN. Radiology Services are required in support of the VA staffed clinic (Community Based Outpatient Clinic) that will be located at 2785 White Bear Avenue Suite 210, Maplewood, MN and operated by the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN. The types of Radiology Services to be purchased include reading general x-rays such as chest films and other non-invasive radiology procedures where immediate results are required by the physician for diagnosis and treatment of illness. The Contractor will all equipment, supplies, space and personnel including the services of a Board Certified Radiologist to supervise the performance of radiology exams and interpretation of films. Additional needs for Radiology Services will be met through referrals to the Minneapolis VAMC. The contract will be for a one-year period beginning approximately September 20, 1999 with two renewal options. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirement may respond by furnishing, in writing, the information which substantiates the offeror's ability to provide the required services. All responses must be received within 20 days of the publication of this notice. Any responses will be used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information will be considered non-responsive to this request without further consideration.
