The TDWR will serve both LaGuardia and JFK Airports. The estimated price range for this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $1,300,000. Electrical Installation, including High Voltage, Engine Generators UPS and Transformer Installation. 7. Antenna Pedestal Placement & Assembly. 8. Radome Assembly and Raising/Mounting. 9. Lightning & Grounding System Installation, Counterpoises, Master Lable Acceptance, etc. 10. HVAC Controls Installation. 11. Remote Maintenance Monitoring & Communication Installation and 12. Similar Weather Radar Site Installation Experience, i.e. Nexrad. Offerors will be evaluated in the following areas: 1. Quality of product or service -- compliance with contract requirements, accuracy of reports and technical excellence. 2. Timeliness of Performance -- met interim milestones, reliable, responsive to technical direction, completed on time, including wrap-up and contract administration, no liquidated damages assessed. 3. Cost Control -- within budget, current accurate and complete billings, relationship of negotiated costs to actual and cost efficiencies. 4.
