This is single award for all items. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at source. Delivery is FOB Destination at Freight Forwarder by July 15, 2000. Material certification is required. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals must be received within 15 days. A determination by the government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
