Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supplies to install upright granite headstones and flat granite grave markers, including raising and realigning of installed headstones and grave markers at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 27034 South Diagonal Road, Elwood, IL 60421, covering the period January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000 (base period), with four (4) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through December 31, 2004. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 8999 and a size standard of $5 million are applicable.
