The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13,intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute (EOHSI), 681 Frelinghuysen Road, Piscataway, N.J. for a "Review of Epidemiologic Literature on Perchloroethylene". EOSHI shall review and synthesize the human evidence on non-cancer toxicity from exposure to perchloroethylene and from dry-cleaning operations. This includes endpoints such as neurologic, developmental, reproductive, immunologic, and systemic toxicity (endocrine system, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic). The SIC Code is 8999.
