Agency, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part
13,intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the Environmental
and Occupational Health Sciences Institute (EOHSI), 681 Frelinghuysen
Road, Piscataway, N.J. for a "Review of Epidemiologic Literature on
Perchloroethylene". EOSHI shall review and synthesize the human
evidence on non-cancer toxicity from exposure to perchloroethylene and
from dry-cleaning operations. This includes endpoints such as
neurologic, developmental, reproductive, immunologic, and systemic
toxicity (endocrine system, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic). The SIC
Code is 8999. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) IS
AVAILABLE. All interested parties must respond within 15 calender days
of the date of this announcement. Interested vendors shall provide
detailed information outlining their capabilities which clearly meet
the requirements stated above. Any response(s) failing to provide the
aforementioned data but instead choosing to submit a routine letter
requesting a copy of the RFQ will be ignored. Responses to this
