Harris, Contract Specialist, 202-426-0059 The Department of Energy s Office of Material Control and Accountability within the Office of Safeguards and Security intends to issue a sole-source contract to Proxemy Research, Incorporated to continue providing technical and analytical support related to Material Control and Accountability during the completion of a follow-on contract. The sole-source contract will be a cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort, term contract for a twelve (12) month base period consisting of 5,555 direct productive labor hours (DPLH) and two (2), six (6) month option periods consisting of 2,778 DPLH's per each period. An additional six (6) month option period will also be included. The office of Safeguards and Security considers the continued support to be essential to the fulfillment of program mission objectives.
