The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified as Government Furnished Property (GFP), for the preparation for movement or drayage and related services. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the "Best Value" to the government in accordance with FAR 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed offer. This solicitation and subsequent contract is set-aside for small business concerns. Solicitation packages are available for download through the Electronic Posting System (EPS), which can be accessed at http://www.eps.gov/. Potential offerors MUST register on this site in order to receive notifications of changes to the solicitation.
