Contractor shall field verify any/all measurements, quantity, conditions, or value stated by the government. This work shall include, but is not limited to the following: Complete installation of stand-alone DDC (direct digital control) panels to operate the existing heat exchangers and heating pumps (three systems total). All control components shall be replaced with new. All wiring shall be replaced with new. Complete installation of stand-alone DDC (direct digital control) panels to operate the existing air handling unit, AHU-1, serving the dining room. Existing control components shall be re-used as possible. A new Variable Frequency Drive shall be provided for AHU-1. A new 3 way control valve shall be provided for AHU-1 heating coil. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is to be attended by all interested bidders. Interested bidders should call 907-552-5356 for time and date of walkthrough.
