Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) delete the description of requirements in the synopsis in its entirety, and replace with a new description of requirements, and 2) delete in its entirety ARC 52.204-93, Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) Code Reporting (Jan 1999). The new description of requirements will consist of the following 4 items: 1) ATC Simulation Software, 1 Copy, (Reference Part I General Requirements, and Part II Specific Requirements ) Phase I Deliver By: December 30,1999, Phase II Deliver by March 1, 2000. 2) ATC Sim S/W Scenario preparation and software enhancement, 1 Copy, (Reference Part II Requirements) Deliver by January 14, 2000. 3) Visual database modification, 1 Copy,(Reference Part II Requirements) Deliver by January 14, 2000. OPTIONAL ITEM 4) On-site support, 1 Job, (Reference Part II Requirements) Deliver January 24-28, 2000. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended, and remains November 29, 1999. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on November 16, 1999.
