The updating of Technical Publications will be provided on a sole source basis to the only known source to possess sufficient familiarity, support, and manufacturing data to perform this effort, Lockheed Martin Sanders, 65 Spit Brook Rd., Nashua, NH 03061. Sanders, is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AN/ALQ-126B Countermeasure System and presently, the only original designer/manufacturer of the specific equipment possessing updated technical data required to update Spanish Technical Publications.
