E-MAIL: Douglas Mason, douglas.mason@ots.treas.gov. The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), a bureau of the U. S. Department of the Treasury, regulates and supervises the nation_s thrift industry. The industry consists of over 1100 federal and state charted savings associations. OTS is seeking the services of a contractor to provide special printing of various publications to the agency and the industry it supervises. An important aspect of this service is the ability of the contractor to deliver printing products within sometimes extremely tight time frames (i.e., 2 hours). This is a 100% small business set-aside. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery/quantity type arrangement with fixed unit prices for the various types of jobs noted in the RFP. The contract will have a base year of 12 months and four optional years, plus one additional option for up to 6 months. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 2791. This is a Commercial Item Acquisition using FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13.5. EVALUATION AND BASIS FOR AWARD: Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause No. 52.212-02, Evaluation -- Commercial Items with the significant evaluation factors (see RFP page 18 -- 52.212-2). Award will be on a "best-value" basis. The Contractor will be required to comply with FAR Clause No. 52.212-04, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, in its entirety.
