Additional Information: Each hose to be marked with the words "oil service" 1 IN. high every 20 FT. Each hose must be certified & tested to meet the requirements of IPI# 0505-904 & CFR 156.170 (specifications for test & inspection requirements for oily waste transfer). Hoses to be assigned a vendor number and marked on the outside of the hose and visable. Each hose to be certified to the requirement of the U.S. Coast Guard- crush & kink certified for 150 PSI working pressure, 600 PSI minimum burst pressure, pass a 225 PSI pressure test without any leaks or deformations & no layer separation allowed. The 225 PSI must not be visable on the outside of the hose. Each hose must pass a hydrostatic test and a serial number assigned to each hose assembly with written documentation and a signature of the tester and witness. Delivery: The above hose assemblies must be provided FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA within 90 days of contract award. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
