The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement for two (2) each of Multifunctional Secure Gateway -- Lite Software, Software Installation and annual technical support. The software is required to replace two Y2K non-compliant Communications Support Processor Backside Terminal Message Traffic Software at the DTRA Hybla Valley Federal Building, Alexandria, VA. Cavalier Communications a determination by the Government to not conduct this effort as a full and open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
