Stewart, Contracting Officer, (202)307-3070 The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Community Corrections Center/Mother and Infants Together (MINT) Program services for female offenders in the Eastern South Dakota area. Location of the facility shall be within the boundaries of the following counties in Eastern South Dakota: Minnehaha, Moody, McCook, Turner, Yankton, Clay, Union, Lincoln, Lake, Miner, Bonhomme, Hutshinson, Davison, Sanborn, Kingsbury, Beadle, Clark, Hamlin, Spink, Brown, Marchall, Roberts, Day, Grant, Brookings, and Deuel. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, "Community Corrections Center", dated December 1992, amended January 1999 and Statement of Work "Mother and Infants Together (MINT) Program", dated November 1996, modified July 1999. A requirements contract is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days are 2,190 for the two-year base period and 1,095 for each of the three one-year option periods. The estimated RFP issue date is December 20, 2000 and the estimated closing date is February 22, 2000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
