Design considerations will include, but not necessarily be limited to: space allocations and assignment; space layout; accessibility for the disabled; structure; roof; walls and doors; suspended ceilings; floor coverings; lighting and electrical outlets; communications including telephones, computer systems, alarms, etc.; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; p;umbing and fixtures; fire alarms, fire sprinklers; continued Medical Center operation during construction. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: (1) Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required; (2) Past record of performance on similar contracts: (3) Geographic location and facilities of the working office; and (4) Specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project.
