negotiations with Universal Propulsion Co. in accordance with 10 USC
2304 ( c ) 1. The requirement is a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the
teardown and quote, repair and test as needed to restore the following
item to a serviceable condition so as to accomplish its intended
purpose. All repairs and testing shall be made in accordance with
current Universal Propulsion Co. (OEM) specifications, Technical Order
specifications, and Appendix A Work Specifications. Item Description:
Universal Propulsion Company s Load Arrestors, NSN:
1680-01-181-4175LS, Part Number 1171-3 applicable to the B-1B. The B-1B
ejection seat carriage locks seat in ejection posture. Quantity 80
each. Destination: FB2065 Robbins AFB, GA. Delivery is 60 days after
receipt of repairable assets. Data is not available. Only written,
