The Coast Guard is requesting industry comments on a proposed statement of work for laboratory testing reference services at the following clinical locations; Eureka, Ca., Alameda, Ca., Petaluma, Ca., San Pedro, Ca., North Bend/Coos Bay, Or., Astoria, Or., Port Angeles, Wa., Seattle, Wa., Juneau, AK., Ketchikan, Ak., Kodiak, Ak., and Sitka, Ak. The proposed solicitation will not be set aside for small business and will include all responsible laboratories capable of providing the services. Additionally, the Coast Guard is looking for contractors interested in submitting future proposals for any of the locations. All responsible sources are requested to submit all comments to Mr. William McIntyre, which shall be considered by the agency. All requests for a copy of the statement of work shall be in writing. The request shall include point of contact, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address, if applicable.
