The U.S. Embassy Libreville, Blvd. de la Mer, BP 4000, Gabon, will release via the internet a solicitation for the operation and management of local guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain order, protect life, deter criminal and terrorist attacks against employees, dependents, and property. The contractor will provide all equipment, management, administration and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. Services will be performed in Libreville, Gabon. The estimated yearly guard hours for this requirement are 180,000. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. The solicitation is for one base year and four one-year periods at the option of the government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
