Wilson, Contract Specialist The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with NewsEdge Corporation for the continued use and access of their service by the Department of Health and Human Services, ASPA/IOS, Washington, DC. (OIRA). NewsEDGE is a personal computer-based information gateway service that captures and combines different newswire services delivered by X.25 telephone lines, FM broadcast, or satellite transmission.
