This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and therefore, a formal written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The Television-Audio support Activity intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Enterprise Systems Group, San Jose, California for the following: 1) Enterprise Systems Group BMS/FILMS Software, estimated fourteen (14) month lease, on a month-by-month basis, Broadcast television traffic management system that will integrate with existing scheduling databases and automation equipment (Storer Program Management System and Odetics TCS-90), as well as provide seamless transition to the recently purchased BAS operation system to be installed at the Armed Forces Radio andTelevision Service Broadcast Center (AFRTS-BC), March ARB, California, (see SOW in aft file listed below) and 2) one (1) each Operator training, encompasses 23 man-weeks to include 15 students at the AFRTS-BC. Standard commercial warranty is required. The lease agreement shall begin February 28, 2000 and continue on a month-to-month basis, not to exceed fourteen (14) months.
