There are four (4) Locations and estimated square footage for each location is listed below: Location-1: the U.S. Border Patrol Sector Headquarters Complex at 8901 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79925 with an estimated Janitorial cleaning area of 13,331 sq. ft. The premises consists of nine (9) buildings described as a Administration Building, a Personnel/Electronics/ADP Building, a Maintenance Building, a Supply/Procurement Building, a Bus Garage and an Intelligence Building. Also included is the Anti-Smuggling Building, the Maddox Garage and the Parts Maintenance/Tool Room Building. No ground maintenance is required. Location 2: the U.S. Border Patrol, El Paso Station at 8935 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79925. The premises consist of two (2) buildings described below as Building H -- El Paso Station and Building L -- ERT Building with an estimated total janitorial cleaning area of 13,101 sq. ft. Ground Maintenance is not required. Location 3: the Ysleta Station at 12245 Pine Springs Drive, El Paso, Texas 79936 has one building and a multi-purpose building with an estimated total of 12,380 sq. ft. of cleaning area, and Location 4 the Ysleta Traffic Checkpoint with one mobile office (trailer) fourteen by sixty (14 x 60) feet on Highway 62/180, 18.5 Miles East of El Paso, Texas (City Limits). Ground maintenance is required in both locations 3 and 4. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform this service in an efficient and professional manner resulting in sanitary and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Performance is totally set aside for small business concerns, the Contracting Officer expects to award one contract for this requirement, which will include a base period and four one year option periods.
