This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The reference number for this procurement is RFQ 500-11-00 and incorporates the clauses and provisions that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. Quote should be for the following item: Holmium Laser System to include: Wavelength 2.09um,Pulse duration 250usec,Pulse repetition rate from 5 to 20 Hz,Increments 1 Hz. The laser energy, minimum energy per pulse 0.5J, maximum energy per pulse 2Jfor 5-10Hz,1.7J for 11-15Hz,1.0J for 16-20Hz. Increments for energy 0.1J. The laser power, minimum average power 2.5W,maximum average power 25.5W, duty cycle & maximum power 60% Power stability and accuracy +15%. This system must have continuous emission at athe preset (user adjustable) pulse rate. Accelerator, continuous emission with foot pedal adjustable variable purlse rate. Burst, Train of pulse emitted at the preset pulse rate for a limited time or number of pulses. System to include a micron fiber delivery system. System to be delivered within 15 days after receipt of order. Contractor shall include warranty information. Quotes received shall specify FOB Destination.
