The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, computers, tools, materials, supervision, consumables and supplies (except as provided by the government), and other items and services to perform Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services for the Air Mobility Command (AMC) and US Army in support of the Department of Defense (D0D) Airlift System, and shall work all US Government owned or operated aircraft and US Government sponsored foreign government aircraft requiring ground handling services at Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait City, Kuwait, 24 hours a day seven days a week. This includes performing these services in cases of emergency/crisis. The contractor shall be able to service simultaneously an average of two (2) aircraft, consisting of one (1) wide body aircraft (i.e., C-17, C-5, DC-10 or larger) and one (1) narrow body aircraft (C-130, C-9, C-12/C-21, etc). The contractor shall be able to respond to and augment work forces for unforeseen increases in workload (i.e., ARMY or AMC schedule changes) and contingencies (i.e., emergency operations, disaster relief, etc.) which due to their nature are beyond the control of the AMC Detachment Commander.
