A requirement exists for an A-76 Cost Study for a potential contract for providing trained personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items and services necessary to perform Telephone Switchboard Services for Robins AFB GA. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the followimg: (1) Quality Control Plan, (2) Property Control Plan, (3) Handle Incoming and Outgoing Calls, (4) Provide Telephone Directory/Base Locator and Directory Assistance Database, (5) Provide Base Emergency Telephone Systems, and Provide Unique Call Assistance. An orientation period of 30 days will be included in the performance period. Contractor personnel will not require access to classified information in performance of the contract; however, as a minimum, National Agency Checks (NAC)will be conducted. A draft solicitation will be released approximately 03 Jan 00 as a full and open competition solicitation. A pre-solicitation conference will be held approximately 13 Jan 00.
