The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, materials and services necessary to provide restraints for various interior office furnishings and mechanical equipments to prevent overturning or other damage during earthquakes. Remove and replace various interior wall finishes to add plywood to the wall framing for increased shear resistance. Remove and replace the exterior wall system with a new wall system with increased seismic resistance. Re-roof a portion of Unit A, Roof, removing the existing skylight and replacing it with three new units. Interior finish work required to install the new skylight units.
